Zanurzenie się w rytm chaosu oznacza praktykowanie poddania się temu, co jest, temu, co życie nam przedstawia. Czy to radosne, czy bolesne. Daje nam to zdolność do pozostania uziemionym i elastycznym.
Rytm chaosu wspiera nas w uwolnieniu wszystkiego, uwolnieniu wszystkiego, co nas obciąża lub rani, i prosi nas o oddanie kontroli i wszelkich idei na temat tego, kim jesteśmy lub kim powinniśmy być. W ten sposób możemy stać się wolnymi, kreatywnymi i inspirującymi istotami, którymi naprawdę jesteśmy.
Dagmar Cee – fotograf, artystka medialna, zapalona tancerka i od 2005 autoryzowana nauczycielka 5Rytmów® Gabriell Roth na poziomie Waves. W latach 2009-10 ukończyła szkolenie na 2 poziomie pracy 5Rhythms® Heartbeat. Naucza i organizuje 5Rytmów® w różnych formatach i krajach, co czyni ją wędrownym nomadą. Diving into the rhythm of chaos means practising surrender to what is, to what life presents us with. Be it joyful or painful. It gives us the ability to stay grounded and flexible.
The beat of chaos supports us to shake everything free, to let go of everything that burdens or hurts us and asks us to give up control and all ideas about who we are or who we should be. In this way, we can become the free, creative and inspiring beings that we actually are.
Dagmar Cee
Photographer, dipl. Media artist, avid dancer, and Gabrielle Roth trained and authorized 5Rhythms™ teacher at the Waves level since 2005. In 2009-10, she completed training for the 2nd level of 5Rhythms™ work, the Heartbeat level. She teaches and organizes the 5Rhythms in various formats and countries, making her a roving 5Rhythms nomad. Her homebase is Berlin.
